Special Orders
If you are looking for an item that is either out of stock or one that we do not normally carry, we would be happy to try to order it for you. We would be able to confirm in most cases whether one of our distributors could get the item that you are looking for right away, but in some cases we may need 1-2 days to hear back from them.
If we place an order for the item you're looking for, we can usually have it in within 7 days of ordering, depending on the day of the week that you place your order (typically it ranges from 2-7 days).
We can also order large quantities of items (multiple cases of trading cards, hundreds of card sleeves, hundreds of dice, etc) and in most cases will be able to offer you a volume discount as well.
